Situation - You are observing their decision-making style, when in a crisis and observing evidence of smarts or otherwise.
The higher your IQ is, the more likely you are to be intuitive. You need to have high IQ to have intuition. All intuition dominants (Enhancer, Investigator, Inspirational and Promoter) score very high on IQ scales.
Rationals (Developer, Enhancer, Inspirational and Perfectionist) are likely to be more intelligent than guardians (Director, Objective Thinker, Appraiser and Practitioner). Thinking dominants (Perfectionist and Developer) also score higher than average.
A trend is that the more intelligent you are, the more likely you are to be introverted.
1 to 24: Profound mental disability; 25 to 39: Severe mental disability; 40 to 54: Moderate mental disability; 55 to 69: Mild mental disability; 70 to 84: Borderline mental disability; 85 to 114: Average intelligence; 115 to 129: Above average; bright; 130 to 144: Moderately gifted; 145 to 159: Highly gifted; 160 to 179: Exceptionally gifted; 180 and up: Profoundly gifted.
People with an IQ below 83 are unemployable in western society, according to Prof. Jordan Peterson. Even people with IQ's between 85-100 are mostly confined to low paying jobs - less than two times the minimum wage.
Some types are far more rare than others. While all types are represented in the lower half of the patterns (9-16), some are over-represented by their rarity.
While this may upset some viewers, here is the E. Hunter Smarts Rankings™ where 1 is the standard Gifted / Normal Ratio.
► 1. 15 - Perfectionist (INTP) 3.40 ► 2. 16 - Enhancer (INTJ) 2.87 ► 3. 11 - Agent (INFP) 2.68

Smarts Summary: Bottom 4 - Dunce.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted and smarts rankings are overcome by brute power.
Knows that they are valued for the ability to lead, to bring folks together and the way
they powerfully lead the way when times are challenging. They naturally make objective
observations that are followed up with solutions based on logic. Yet, they can also
stubbornly believe that they are always right. This is when decision making can be difficult.
They want proven results rather than unproven theory.
by E. Hunter™

Smarts Summary: 2nd Quartile - Above average.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted rank seems about right. They can appear to be unfeeling and cold when times are tough. That is because their thirst for knowledge, cool logic and dislike of limbo is so deeply ingrained. They are so used to taking control of the most challenging situations. They sometimes make a decision a little too quickly. They do have a wide range of knowledge and have learned that that gut feeling is correct most of the time. The problem is that they might not be allowing enough time to think things through thoroughly.
by E. Hunter™

Smarts Summary: 3rd Quartile - Below average.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted rank seems a bit low as there are a lot of highly intelligent Results.
They are known to look before they leap but prefer to deal with challenges or mistakes on the run.
Preparing contingency plans and patiently waiting to take action is BORING! Unfortunately, this leap
into action can negatively affect others. It is not that they do not care about other people, it is just
that in their enthusiasm, they forget to factor them into the equation. Because they are a very logical
person who needs facts rather than feelings, they often see emotion as a weakness.
by E. Hunter™

E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted rank seems about right.
They like the whole process of coming up with potential solutions more than settling on an actual decision.
When anyone suggests that aspects of an idea might be impractical they interpret it as resistance or stubbornness
and start arguing.
by E. Hunter™

E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted rank seems about right.
They think that they are the berfect boss when They are massively far from that.
Considers contrary opinions - a strength. However, it can also contribute to situations when decision
making is difficult because of taking into account the opinions of others. That can make it more challenging
to find a solution that everyone is 100% pleased about (as they are a people pleaser).
by E. Hunter™

Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: See data on results by consulting someone else who has been faced
with a similar decision.
Majik Primary Conflict that impedes Self-actualization™: Allowing themselves to express rather than hide their emotions
from others behind a shield of optimism and to stand up for themselves when the time arises.

How Smarts are shown: Best at taking care of the group and of the emotional atmosphere.

Smarts Summary: Bottom 4 - Dunce.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking - someone has to be 16th.
When they are caught up in needing to make a decision about something not experienced before is when decision
making is difficult because a lack of experience feels frustrating. They consult someone else.
by E. Hunter™
7. Promoter - ENFP
The "Golden Retriever" makes decisions this way.
Decision-making Classification: Consensual.
Decision-making Style: Energetic. Fun. Engaging. Decisions are based on imagination, curiosity, enthusiasm, charm and
compassion.
Decision speed & Dilemma: Can lose focus - flits from one thing to another.
Necessity to avoid threats to self image.
Best in a Crisis Rung on the Ladder™: 15/16.
Risk: Impulsive nature can lead them to make snap decisions without considering all the facts.
Propensity to delegate: Poor. Does not want to control others. As an unnatural leader, capable of
delegating but are poor at it as have too many balls in the air at once.
Majik Improvement Initiative™: Stop overpromising.
Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: Take a big breath before jumping into the next step; be patient.
Majik Primary Conflict that impedes Self-actualization™: Learn not to read too much into things, as this often leads to

the potential of others. Good at manipulation if they want to.
Smarts Summary: 2nd Quartile - Above average.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking masked by a micro attention span. If a bit over confident
and flush with a new currency of knowledge, which is often, the Promoter is as different to a
truly smart person as a lottery winner is to a self-made billionaire.
They are impulsive which can lead to making snap decisions without really processing all the facts.
by E. Hunter™
8. Counselor - ESFP
The "Poodle" makes decisions this way.

Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: Keeping their needs in mind, as well as the future.

and a more fun place and not needing as much validation or appraisal from others.

colored glasses. Raw and has special wisdom. Best socially with the Promoter, most fun. Good esthetics.

Decision making is difficult as they worry about others' immediate unhappiness. This can cause them
to make a decision that is only a band aid solution.
by E. Hunter™

The "Saint Bernard" makes decisions this way.
Decision-making Classification: Consultative.

Best in a Crisis Rung on the Ladder™: 14/16.
Risk: Total dislike of conflict / change.
Propensity to delegate: Terrible. Does not enjoy the responsibility of taking on a leadership role
and would much rather work by themselves as they are chilled-out, go-with-the-flow kind of people. Asking
a Specialist to delegate is like asking a cat to give you directions.
Majik Improvement Initiative™: Overcome chronic resistance to change.
Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: Ruffling a few feathers. Showing compassion to the people who are having
trouble with their decision but realise it is their life and, ultimately, their choice.

rigid values. Great moralist.
Smarts Summary: Bottom 4 - Dunce.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking seems about right.
Their rampant dislike of conflict is exposed when decision making is difficult. Have a tendency to just let
people live their lives affect how they make decisions for own life. Decisions are based on how it will
affect others as a sacrifice to how it will effect them.
by E. Hunter™
10. Investigator - INFJ
The "Greyhound" makes decisions this way.

do not share what they are thinking.
Majik Improvement Initiative™: Overcome chronic resistance to change.
Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: More collaboration. Tact.
Majik Primary Conflict that impedes Self-actualization™: Not bearing the world on their shoulders and
accepting that there are many things they cannot change and many people they cannot help.
IQ: 170. Exceptionally gifted.
Gifted to Normal (=1) ratio and rank: 2.67. 4/16.
How Smarts are shown: Ability to foresee the future of people and guide lost souls. Understands
social dynamics and can wear any mask. High ideals and an understanding of universal human truth.
Interested in what unites humanity; what we all share. Best at making a social difference by tapping
into the opinions of others. Great advisors and second in command people.
Smarts Summary: Top 4 - Brainiac.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking seems about right. Brain or heart? 'Can I choose both'? Has ideas to
change the world - morally. Their true intuition, however, is rare.
Makes decisions on their own without actually consulting others.
That is when decision making is difficult because they (a) assume what others are feeling and (b) others
can become frustrated because they do not share what they are thinking.
by E. Hunter™
11. Agent - INFP
The "Tibetan Terrier" makes decisions this way.
Decision-making Classification: Consultative.
Decision-making Style: Integration. Openness. Precision. Decisions are based on idealism seeking a perfect solution to problems.
Decision speed & Dilemma: Slow. Reluctance to change.
Best in a Crisis Rung on the Ladder™: 16/16.
Risk: Trying to understand the motivation behind the choices of others can lead to
them feeling isolated and not making decisions.
Propensity to delegate: Catastrophically terrible. Delegation makes them feel as if they are trying to
control people and, at the same time, might feel like taking on too much responsibility which they
hate. They are all about freedom and want everyone to be able to do their own thing. They are practically
allergic to what they perceive as bossing other people around.
Majik Improvement Initiative™: Overcome chronic resistance to change.
Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: Being true to themselves, having faith in themselves.
Majik Primary Conflict that impedes Self-actualization™: Balancing idealism with realism and not losing hope
for life's meaning while considering the world's faults.
IQ: 180. Profoundly gifted.
Gifted to Normal (=1) ratio and rank: 2.68. 3/16.
How Smarts are shown: Wisest and most moral. Best at seeing the core of people; best at empathy;
best at healing and understanding specific others. Most creative and most idealistic. Best at guiding
anyone emotionally through writing or speaking. Strong convictions and values. Most humanitarian
and best at taking care of individuals they understand. Can map out anyone emotionally.
Smarts Summary: Top 4 - Brainiac.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking seems to be hard to observe. Has ideas to
change the world but, as an idealist cannot take action. Hopeless manager.
Seeks a perfect solution to problems resulting in decision making being difficult because nothing is perfect.
To add fuel to the challenging fire, they try to understand the motivation behind the choices of others.
And that can lead to a feeling of isolation.
by E. Hunter™
12. Achiever - ISTP
The "Bassett Hound" makes decisions this way.
Decision-making Classification: Deliberate.
Decision-making Style: Intensity. Focus. Strategy. Decisions are based on speed, unpredictability
and shortcuts.
Decision speed & Dilemma: Hates being rushed. Reluctance to change.
Best in a Crisis Rung on the Ladder™: 3/16.
Risk: Ability to live with uncertainty; often dismisses what the longer term future holds
if it involves a new direction.
Propensity to delegate: Reluctant. As a highly private person, they are observant makers of things, mull
over problems and try out solutions in their own minds. They love being left to their own devices and they would prefer
to let others do the same. If in a situation where they must lead they are capable of doing so but not always
in the most warm manner.
Majik Improvement Initiative™: Overcome chronic resistance to change.
Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: Taking a little longer to think things through.
Majik Primary Conflict that impedes Self-actualization™: Allowing themselves to form attachments and
connections with others and pushing themselves to find and pursue their passions.
IQ: 125. Above average; bright.
Gifted to Normal (=1) ratio and rank: 0.78. 10/16.
E. Hunter™ comments: Seems about right for the practical oriented.
How Smarts are shown: Best at figuring out systems. Great at fixing everything. Intelligence in
outsmarting the system. Intelligence in pure logic but grounded in realism.
Smarts Summary: 3rd Quartile - Below average.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking seems about right for this practical oriented operative.
They are a big fan of taking shortcuts. They look at the entire problem, process it very rapidly and come up with
a decision based on current experiences. If They want to go in a bold new direction, this is when decision making
is difficult as their ability to live with uncertainty often dismisses what the longer term future holds.
by E. Hunter™
13. Practitioner - ISFJ
The "Alaskan Malamute" makes decisions this way.
Decision-making Classification: Consultative.
Decision-making Style: Integration. Openness. Precision. Decisions are based on stability and maintaining the status
quo and assuming a frictionless environment.
Decision speed & Dilemma: Require proof and lots of detail before making a decision.
Completion v. Perfection.
Best in a Crisis Rung on the Ladder™: 9/16.
Risk: Massively hates conflict and change, even when it is necessary.
Does not want to be held accountable for major decisions or taking risks.
Propensity to delegate: The worst. They take care of others, so putting more on someone else’s plate is uncomfortable
and not enjoyable for them. They do not want to make anyone’s life harder than it has to be. They prefer to take care of
most things themselves and delegating tasks can often make them feel as if they are bossing others around and
they certainly do not want to put that responsibility on others.
Majik Improvement Initiative™: Cease over analysis.
Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: Exiting comfort zone. Avoidance of passive-aggressive behaviour
when challenged. Realising that for every major change they make,
there will be at least three things that will remain the same.
Majik Primary Conflict that impedes Self-actualization™: Struggling to put themselves before others when
necessary and to express their inner selves without succumbing to pressure for conformity.
IQ: 115. Above average; bright.
Gifted to Normal (=1) ratio and rank: 0.40. 12/16.
How Smarts are shown: Ability to care for and take on the values of friends and family. Loyal to a fault,
able to organise and nurture the family, taking care of all the everyday chores and details. Intelligence in
knowing what loved ones need and humbly providing for them. The best at being second in command. Best
practical social intelligence. Knows how to dress and decorate extremely well.
Smarts Summary: 3rd Quartile - Below average.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking seems about right. Never, ever appoint this person as a leader or manager.
Being rusted onto the past often means that they choose to make as few changes to their life as possible.
This can lead them to realizing that they are not moving their life in the direction they want to go. This
is when decision making is difficult. This is because they do not want things to change, even when they need to.
Totally stuck in their comfort zone even when circumstances actually are not comfortable.
by E. Hunter™
14. Objective Thinker - ISTJ
The "Bernese Mountain Dog" makes decisions this way.
Decision-making Classification: Deliberate.
Decision-making Style: Intensity. Focus. Strategy. Decisions are based on integrity, patience
and accuracy preferring to know exactly the pros and cons of each decision.
Decision speed & Dilemma: Hates being rushed. Requires proof and lots of detail before making a decision.
Completion v. Perfection.
Best in a Crisis Rung on the Ladder™: 1/16.
Risk: Only choosing a path where they can see all the possible outcomes.
Propensity to delegate: When required. As being orderly and methodical, they have procedures for everything
and it is difficult to let someone else take the reins. They would rather do it themselves and know that it is
going to get done the “right” way. Prefers not to lead others and instead would rather have
their own things to take care of. When leading, however, will be more than capable of delegating as they know how to
instruct very well and are skilled at coming up with an efficient plan.
Majik Improvement Initiative™: Cease over analysis.
Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: Taking a little longer to think things through but avoiding
'analysis paralysis'.
Majik Primary Conflict that impedes Self-actualization™: Seeing things less through a strictly analytical perspective
and listening to their emotions and instincts as opposed to suppressing them.
IQ: 130. Moderately gifted.
Gifted to Normal (=1) ratio and rank: 0.99. 9/16.
How Smarts are shown: Understanding the value of traditions, weak creativity but unmatched when accomplishing
administrative tasks. Can organise anything and everything to be the best and most asthetic possible. Eye for
details. Does not make a mistake. Best at black and white thinking, very traditional and can understand ones
own internal sensations. Great at proving comfort. Necessary for any organisation.
Smarts Summary: 3rd Quartile - Below average.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking seems low as they seem smarter than this. Maybe it is their
work ethic that really shines.
They prefer to know exactly the pros and cons of each decision. And that means that they tend to only choose
a path when they can see all the possible alternative outcomes.
by E. Hunter™
15. Perfectionist - INTP
The "Papillon" makes decisions this way.
Decision-making Classification: Consultative.
Decision-making Style: Integration. Openness. Precision. Decisions are based on examining every conceivable possibility running the risk of being
stuck permanently in this phase in lieu of actually making a decision.
Decision speed & Dilemma: Ultra slow. Requires proof and lots of detail before making a decision.
Completion v. Perfection.
Best in a Crisis Rung on the Ladder™: 12/16.
Risk: Once a decision has been made, they begin doubting it almost immediately.
Propensity to delegate: Poor. They are freedom-loving souls because they prefer to think, analyze and get things done on their
terms. Explaining a task to another person is an unwanted extra mental burden. They dislike feeling controlled and also do not
wish to control others. Are are not often seen in leadership roles, simply because they do not enjoy being in that position and not should
their employer want that. They are capable of delegating if they absolutely have to but might done a little bit on the harsh side.
Majik Improvement Initiative™: Cease over analysis.
Majik Improvement Strategy™ says can improve by: Balance perfection with implementation.
Majik Primary Conflict that impedes Self-actualization™: Expressing their opinions and ideas in terms that other
people will understand and allowing themselves to form strong attachments that are not logic-based.
IQ: 225. Profoundly gifted.
Gifted to Normal (=1) ratio and rank: 3.40. 1/16.
How Smarts are shown: Highest IQ, great at being precise and deconstruction old and building new
theories. Academic, precise, philosophical and ground-breaking intelligence. Scientists, doctors, academics.
Smarts Summary: Top 4 - Brainiac.
E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking of top is spot on. They focus on 'Is it possible'? The 'warmest robot'.
Likes to examine a decision from every conceivable possibility. Then tends to be stuck permanently in this phase in
lieu of making a decision. Once a decision has been made, they begin doubting it almost immediately.
Is more research required? The impractical non finisher.
by E. Hunter™
16. Enhancer - INTJ
The "Afghan Hound" makes decisions this way.
Decision-making Classification: Deliberate.
Decision-making Style: Intensity. Focus. Strategy. Decisions are based upon personal knowledge.
Decision speed & Dilemma: Hates being rushed. Requires proof and lots of detail before making a decision.
Completion v. Perfection.
Best in a Crisis Rung on the Ladder™: 7/16.
Risk: Forgetting that others hold deep wisdom.
Propensity to delegate: When required. After a little trial and error, they become quite good at it but the other person
had better be up to scratch. They come up with rock-solid strategies with clear individual action steps and they have the
intuition to communicate them well and sensitively. Once they get their head around the idea of lowering their own
ridiculously high performance standards and, as long as the person they are delegating to does not need too much hand holding,
then they can delegate effectively. While the best introverted delegator, they prefer to go it alone most of the time.
Again, will be sure to instruct only competent others in order to get the job done and will not be afraid of taking
charge and holding the other person to account.

E. Hunter™ comments: Gifted ranking is correct but they seem not to realise their rank.
Focus is on 'Does it work'? The 'coldest human'. Their true intuition is masked.
Their life trajectory is based on what they do. However, others in their life can be affected by what they decide
